- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup mini Snickers, chopped
- 1/2 cup pink M&M’s
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in chopped Snickers and pink M&M’s.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of salt to the filling.
- Allow the cheesecake to chill overnight for the best texture.
