Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in chopped Snickers and pink M&M’s.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  8. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
