- 1 cup pistachios, finely chopped
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and half of the chopped pistachios.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle honey on top and sprinkle with remaining pistachios and cinnamon.
- Bake for 50 minutes or until set, then let it cool.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can toast the pistachios before using.
- Serve with extra honey drizzled on top.
