- 1 cup shelled pistachios
- 8 ounces brie cheese
- 1/2 cup fig preserves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package puff pastry
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a piece of brie in the center of each square.
- Top with a spoonful of fig preserves and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios.
- Seal the pastry around the cheese and place on a baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, mix honey, rosemary, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Drizzle the glaze over the baked bites before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to let the brie come to room temperature for easier handling.
- Feel free to substitute walnuts or almonds for the pistachios if desired.
