- 1 round of Brie cheese
- 1 cup crushed pistachios
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1 package of puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a piece of Brie on each square and top with apricot preserves.
- Fold the pastry over the Brie and seal edges.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
