- 1 round of Brie cheese
- 1 cup chopped pistachios
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Unroll phyllo dough and brush a sheet with melted butter, layering several sheets.
- Cut the layered phyllo into squares and place a piece of Brie on each.
- Top the Brie with chopped pistachios.
- Wrap the phyllo around the cheese and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, raspberries, and lemon juice, cooking until bubbly and thickened.
- Drizzle the raspberry honey glaze over baked Brie bites before serving.
Notes
- For added sweetness, allow the glaze to cool slightly before drizzling.
- These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
