Pizza Enchiladas Ground Beef: Irresistibly Cheesy Delight

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add pizza sauce, bell peppers, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and mix well.
  4. Place some of the beef mixture in each tortilla and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Roll up the tortillas and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
  6. Top with remaining pizza sauce and cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
