- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 8 flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add pizza sauce, bell peppers, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and mix well.
- Place some of the beef mixture in each tortilla and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining pizza sauce and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

- Feel free to add other toppings like olives or mushrooms.
