- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package flour tortillas
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add pizza sauce and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Lay out a tortilla, add some of the beef mixture, and top with mozzarella and pepperoni. Roll up and place in a baking dish.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas. Top with extra pizza sauce and mozzarella.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
