Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add pizza sauce and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  4. Lay out a tortilla, add some of the beef mixture, and top with mozzarella and pepperoni. Roll up and place in a baking dish.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas. Top with extra pizza sauce and mozzarella.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
