Ingredients

- 4 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- In a pan, place two slices of bread, butter-side down.
- Layer with mozzarella cheese, turkey bacon, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Top with the remaining slices of bread, butter-side up.
- Cook on medium heat until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Once both sides are crispy and cheese is melted, remove from pan and slice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite pizza toppings.
- Serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
