- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ricotta, mozzarella, diced chicken ham, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Fold in the turkey bacon.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the pie is golden and set.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.

- For a richer flavor, feel free to add other meats or vegetables.
- This pie can be made a day in advance and served cold or reheated.
