Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Spoon the potato mixture into the skillet, forming pancakes.
  4. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
