Instructions

  2. Rub the beef loin with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic, and paprika.
  3. Place the beef in a roasting pan and pour beef broth around it.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
