Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the beef loin with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic, and paprika.
- Place the beef in a roasting pan and pour beef broth around it.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
