Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 3 cups beef broth
- 2 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same pot, brown the ground beef.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in potatoes, carrots, celery, beef broth, and spices.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add the chopped turkey bacon back into the pot and stir.
- Cook for an additional 10 minutes before serving.

- This stew can be made ahead of time and reheated.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
