- 1 pie crust
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 large eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onions and garlic in the same pan until translucent.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked turkey bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sautéed onions and garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Beat the eggs and mix into the filling.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden on top.
Notes
- This pie can be served warm or cold.
- For a spicier kick, add chopped jalapeños to the filling.
