  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté onions and garlic in the same pan until translucent.
  4. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cooked turkey bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sautéed onions and garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Beat the eggs and mix into the filling.
  6. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden on top.

Notes

  • This pie can be served warm or cold.
  • For a spicier kick, add chopped jalapeños to the filling.
