- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl, then press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Drizzle the caramel sauce over the cream cheese layer, and sprinkle chopped pecans and brown sugar on top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar instead of light brown sugar.
- Top with additional caramel sauce before serving for an extra indulgent treat.
