- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar; mix well.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use toasted pecans.
- Serve with additional caramel sauce on top.
