Instructions

- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and toasted pecans.
- Pour mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
