- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed pretzels, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and then coat with the pretzel mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer chicken to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in buttermilk for a couple of hours before coating.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
