- 1 cup pumpkin puree

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.

- For added flavor, top with cream cheese frosting.
