- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Carefully fill the cannoli shells with the pumpkin mixture.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the filled cannoli.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider sprinkling some crushed walnuts on top.
