Instructions

- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour batter to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup or your favorite toppings.
Notes
- For lighter pancakes, beat the egg whites separately before folding them into the mixture.
- Adjust the thickness of the batter with more flour if needed.
