Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, pumpkin puree, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Spread half of the batter in a greased baking pan.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and spread it over the batter.
  7. Drop the remaining batter by spoonfuls on top of the cream cheese layer.
