  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the canned pumpkin, sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the pumpkin mixture until just combined.
  5. Add the vegetable oil and mix until smooth.
  6. Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the donuts cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
