Instructions

- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- If using, fold in Greek yogurt for added creaminess.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir the oats and add toppings as desired.
Notes
- For added sweetness, adjust the maple syrup to taste.
- These oats can be made 2-3 days in advance.
