Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Core the apples and place them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and spices until smooth.
- Stir in granola, pecans, and raisins.
- Stuff the mixture into each apple.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the apples are tender.
