Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix the pumpkin, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of batter onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until set, then let cool.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until fluffy.
- Spread cream cheese filling between two whoopie pie halves.
