Instructions

- In another bowl, mix ricotta cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough and cut into strips.
- Twist each strip and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a sweeter twist, add chocolate chips to the dough.
