- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 3/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- Add cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gently fold in blueberries.
- Pour in milk and stir until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, you can sprinkle more sugar on top before baking.
- Using frozen blueberries may change the baking time slightly.
