Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 1 minute.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown.
- Stir in the bell pepper and pineapple chunks, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
- Stir in the sesame oil and green onions before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
