Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding in raspberries and lemon juice.
- Fill the donut pan and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let the donuts cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add lemon zest to the batter.
- These donuts are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for a few days.
