- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, melted butter, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just incorporated.
- Gently fold in the raspberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let them cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, try adding a teaspoon of lemon zest.
- These donuts are best eaten fresh but can be stored for a few days in an airtight container.
