- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 1 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, raspberry preserves, jalapeño, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the cream cheese mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm with additional raspberry preserves if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, leave some seeds from the jalapeño.
- Pair with rice or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
