- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 package refrigerated ravioli
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Add a layer of ravioli, then a layer of the ricotta mixture, followed by mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of marinara and mozzarella on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add cooked ground beef or sausage between the layers.
- Substitute fresh herbs for Italian seasoning if desired.
