Instructions
- In a large pot of boiling water, cook the ravioli according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add asparagus and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Stir in the tomatoes and cook until they start to soften.
- Drain the ravioli and add to the skillet, tossing gently to combine.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and fresh basil before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
- This dish pairs well with a light salad.
