Ingredients

  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Add asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  6. Drain the ravioli and add it to the skillet, tossing gently to combine.
  7. Stir in fresh basil, and season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
