Ingredients

- 1 package ravioli
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the ravioli according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add asparagus and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Drain the ravioli and add it to the skillet, tossing gently to combine.
- Stir in fresh basil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For additional flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
- Experiment with other vegetables based on the season.
