Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a round cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the oil, egg, food coloring, vanilla extract, and vinegar, and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool, then beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar.
- Layer strawberries and cream cheese filling between the red velvet layers.
