- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberries, pureed
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into three bowls.
- In the first bowl, add the pureed strawberries and mix until fully incorporated.
- In the second bowl, leave the mixture plain (this will be the white layer).
- In the third bowl, add the blueberries and mix until fully incorporated.
- In a loaf pan, layer the mixtures starting with the strawberry layer, followed by the white layer, and then the blueberry layer.
- Swirl the layers gently with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.
Notes
- For a creamier texture, use a stand mixer to whip the cream until soft peaks form before combining with the other ingredients.
- Add extra layers of fruit on top for garnish before serving.
