- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix with the sugar until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the peanut butter chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and swirl in the marshmallows.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For best results, allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting.
- Experiment by adding crushed Reese’s pieces for extra texture.
