- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle marshmallows on top. Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, you can add chocolate chips to the batter.
- Let the brownies cool completely for easier cutting.
