  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Fold in chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle marshmallows on top. Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until marshmallows are lightly browned.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, you can add chocolate chips to the batter.
  • Let the brownies cool completely for easier cutting.
