- 1 chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a lined baking sheet and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before rolling it.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, and heavy cream to make the filling.
- Spread the filling evenly over the cooled cake.
- Sprinkle the chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups on top of the filling.
- Carefully roll the cake from one end to the other.
- Chill the rolled cake in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
