- 2 cups shredded green cabbage

- 1 cup thinly sliced apples
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, apples, and cranberries.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added crunch, include some chopped nuts.
- This coleslaw is best served chilled.
