Ingredients

  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 pound pound cake, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding

Instructions

  1. Layer half of the pound cake cubes in the bottom of a trifle dish.
  2. Top with half of the vanilla pudding.
  3. Add half of the whipped cream on top of the pudding.
  4. Layer half of the mixed berries and diced pineapple.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.

  • For a lighter version, use low-fat whipped cream.
