Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice

- ice cubes
- fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Peel and slice the peaches.
- In a blender, combine the peaches, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher.
- Add water and stir until well mixed.
- Serve over ice and garnish with mint leaves.
Notes
- For a less sweet version, reduce the amount of sugar.
- You can add sparkling water for a fizzy drink.
