  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the garlic parmesan cream sauce by melting butter in a saucepan, adding flour, and whisking in cream until smooth.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese to the sauce and stir until melted.
  7. Serve meatballs with the garlic parmesan cream sauce drizzled over them.

  • For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
