Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

- In a skillet, sauté garlic and mushrooms until soft.
- Add heavy cream and Gruyère cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Pour the mushroom sauce over the roasted cauliflower before serving.
