- 1 leg of lamb

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the lamb leg with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Place the lamb in a roasting pan and roast for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
- Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest before carving.
- To make the gravy, add the beef broth to the pan drippings, whisk in flour and simmer until thickened.
- Serve the carved lamb leg with the gravy.

- Let the lamb rest for at least 15 minutes before carving for better juiciness.
