Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat, then add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
  4. Pour the roasted garlic butter over the potatoes and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
