- 1 pound pizza dough
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup roasted garlic
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese

- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough onto a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread the roasted garlic evenly over the dough.
- Top with shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and dollops of ricotta.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes when dressing the pizza.
- You can use store-bought roasted garlic to save time.
