- 2 large jalapeños
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the jalapeños in half and remove the seeds.
- Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 15-20 minutes until they are soft.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic, lime juice, cumin, and salt.
- Add the roasted jalapeños to the mixture and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately with chips or vegetables, or refrigerate for later use.
Notes
- For a spicier version, leave some seeds in the jalapeños.
- This cream can be used as a spread, dip, or sauce.
