- 2 pounds fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them in half.
- In a bowl, toss the strawberries with sugar, balsamic vinegar, and vanilla extract.
- Spread the strawberries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until soft and juicy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
