Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix root beer, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until blended.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the root beer mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with whipped topping and cherries before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add root beer extract to the filling.
- Serve with a drizzle of chocolate sauce for added indulgence.
